What is QUEED?
QUEED is an online phone case brand offering ready-made, custom and personalised phone cases for a wide range of smartphones in India.
Can I create my own phone case design?
Yes. You can create a custom phone case using QUEED’s AI design experience. Enter your idea or prompt, make small changes if required, select your phone brand and model, choose an available case type and place your order.
What case types does QUEED offer?
Depending on your selected phone model and product availability, QUEED offers Silicon Case, Glass Case and Metal Case options.
How do I select my phone model?
Choose your phone brand and exact model before placing your order. You can also use our Find Your Phone page to browse supported devices.
What happens if I select the wrong phone model?
QUEED prepares cases according to the phone model selected during ordering. If you notice an incorrect selection, contact us immediately. Once production has started, changes may not always be possible.
Can I personalise a case with my name, photo or artwork?
Yes. Depending on the product and customisation option, you may personalise a phone case using names, text, photographs, artwork or an AI-generated design.
Are printed designs raised or 3D?
Unless specifically stated otherwise on the product page, QUEED artwork is a flat 2D print. Metallic, glitter, pearl, crystal, embossed, raised or textured-looking effects shown in artwork are visual print effects and are not physical decorations attached to the case.
Will the final print look exactly the same as my screen?
Minor differences in colour, brightness, positioning or cropping may occur because of screen settings, printing processes, phone dimensions, camera cut-outs and the printable area of the selected case.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on production, destination and shipping service. Please check the Shipping Policy and the estimated delivery information shown during checkout for current details.
How much is shipping?
Shipping charges, offers and free-shipping eligibility may vary depending on the order value and current store policy. The final applicable shipping charge is shown during checkout.
Can I return a customised phone case?
Customised, personalised and made-to-order phone cases are generally not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind. Damaged, defective or incorrect products may qualify for replacement or refund after review.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact QUEED with your order number, clear photos or video of the product and a description of the issue. Our team will review the case and provide the appropriate solution.
Can I cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Because customised products may enter production quickly, cancellation cannot be guaranteed after production has started.
